Section 1

Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the ong918 website accessible at ong918.onl, including all pages, mobile applications and related services.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account and uses the ong918 platform services.
• "Account" refers to the unique profile registered by a user to access ong918 services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total cash and bonus funds held in a user's account at any given time.
• "Wagering" or "Betting" refers to any gambling activity conducted through the ong918 platform including slots, live casino, sports betting and other games.
• "Bonus" refers to promotional credits granted by ong918 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by a user into their account using a supported payment method.

Section headings in this document are included solely for ease of reference and do not affect the interpretation of the relevant provisions.

Section 2

Eligibility and Registration

Use of the ong918 platform is limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. By registering, you confirm that you meet all of these requirements:

• At least 21 years of age at the date of registration.
• Located in a territory or jurisdiction where access to online gambling platforms is not expressly prohibited by local law.
• Have not been designated as a prohibited person or voluntarily excluded from any gambling platform.
• Not acting on behalf of any other individual as an agent, intermediary or trustee.
• Registering in your own name and not on behalf of any corporate entity or organisation.

During the registration process, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, current and complete. ong918 may request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of your national identity card (MyKad) or equivalent document. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

Section 3

User Account

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the ong918 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using the same name, mobile number, email, IP address or payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. ong918 will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding that information.

• Do not share your account password with any other individual.
• Ensure you log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared devices.
• Contact ong918 customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Update your personal information whenever there are changes to ensure the accuracy of your account records.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

The ong918 platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum amount for each deposit is RM20. The minimum withdrawal allowed is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawal processing time is between 15 minutes and 2 hours from the time the request is approved.

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation, which depends on network congestion.
• ong918 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Any fees charged by payment service providers are the responsibility of the user.
• Funds deposited via a bank account or e-wallet belonging to a third party will not be accepted and will be returned.

ong918 reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawals that require further investigation. In such cases, our customer support team will contact you to obtain any additional information or documents required.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

ong918 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and eligibility conditions stated alongside the relevant promotional offer.

The ong918 welcome bonus is 150% of your first deposit up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement applied is 10 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100, you will receive a bonus of RM150, bringing your balance to RM250. The wagering requirement to be met is RM150 × 10 = RM1,500. For a deposit of RM600, the bonus received is RM300, giving a balance of RM900, with a wagering requirement of RM300 × 10 = RM3,000.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or directly cashed out.
• Each player is eligible to claim each promotion once only unless stated otherwise.
• ong918 reserves the right to cancel any bonus obtained through improper means or promotion abuse.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each promotion.
• Bets placed in certain games may not count or may count at a different rate towards meeting wagering requirements.

Section 6

Game Rules

The ong918 platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, fish shooting, crash games and arcade games. Each category and individual game may have specific rules that should be read before playing.

The outcome of all online games is determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified and independently audited to ensure fairness and integrity. All game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical system failure.

• Any technical disruption during an active game session will be resolved in accordance with ong918's official policy.
• Bets placed during a server disruption are considered void and funds will be returned to the account balance.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing real money bets.

For sports betting, the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are used to calculate winnings. Any change in odds after a bet is confirmed does not affect bets already placed.

Prohibited Conduct

ong918 takes a serious approach to platform integrity. The following are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds:

• Holding, operating or using more than one account simultaneously or consecutively.
• Using automation software, bots, artificial intelligence systems or any unauthorised third-party tools to play.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, software bugs or system vulnerabilities for unauthorised gain.
• Abusing promotions through multiple accounts, coordinating with other players, or using bonus arbitrage techniques.
• Any form of money laundering or obtaining funds through illegal activities and depositing them into the platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
• Operating an account on behalf of another individual or receiving payments from a third party for your account.

Section 8

Responsible Gambling

Limitation of Liability

• Service interruptions due to scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.
• Processing delays or failures caused by factors outside ong918's control, including issues with third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Changes in the value of crypto assets between the time of deposit and withdrawal.

However, this limitation of liability does not reduce users' rights under applicable consumer law and does not permit the exclusion of liability for gross negligence or fraud by ong918.

Section 10

Amendment of Terms

ong918 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at our absolute discretion. Any amendments will take effect upon publication on this platform.

Notice of material amendments will be provided to registered users via email or in-platform notification within a reasonable period before the amendments take effect. Continued use of the ong918 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

Section 11

Account Termination

Users may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the ong918 customer support team. Any remaining real money balance in the account will be returned to the user subject to the fulfilment of all outstanding wagering requirements and successful identity verification.

ong918 reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the user is under 21 years of age.
• Suspected or confirmed fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Request from law enforcement authorities or a regulatory body.
• Account inactivity for an extended period in accordance with the applicable inactive account policy.

In cases of account termination due to a breach of terms, ong918 reserves the right to withhold part or all of the account balance depending on the nature of the breach and the losses suffered by the platform.

Section 12

Dispute Resolution

If you have any complaint or dispute relating to your account, a transaction, or a game outcome, we encourage you to contact the ong918 customer support team first. We are committed to resolving all issues fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

The ong918 complaint resolution process is as follows:

• Our team will investigate the complaint and provide an initial response.
• If a resolution is not reached at the first-line support level, the complaint will be escalated to the management team.
• A final decision will be communicated to you via email or your chosen communication channel.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the legal principles applicable in the jurisdiction where ong918 is licensed. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by the relevant regulatory body.
